Payment Policy
- Cleaning Services: Payment is due in full upon service completion. We allow a 14-day (2-week) grace period before late fees apply.
- Organization Services: A 50% deposit is required to schedule. The remaining balance is due at the end of the session.
- Late payments beyond the grace period will incur a $25 late fee.

- Cleaning Limitations: We do not move heavy furniture, handle biohazardous materials, or clean areas requiring professional remediation.
- Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules to receive a full refund (if applicable).
- Eco-Friendly Product Use: We use eco-friendly, pet-safe products. If you have allergies or specific product preferences, please let us know in advance.
