Terms of Service

Here is the nitty-gritty of our service agreement. The things that you should know but are not included in the base agreement to keep the reading material down. All revisions of this page will be stored, and will be accessible through this page. Use the dropdown below to select the date of the terms your agreement is for.

  1. Payment Policy

    • A 50% deposit is required before scheduling organization services. The final balance is due immediately upon service completion.
    • Additional materials (e.g., storage bins, shelving) will be added to the final bill.
    • Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice
      • A 14-day grace period is provided before late fees are applied
      • Late payments beyond the grace period will incur a late fee.

  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to receive a full deposit refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

  3. Cleaning Personnel & Property Access

    • Our team consists of insured and background-checked employees. Once assigned, your cleaner will remain the same unless otherwise communicated.
    • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain entry, a lockout fee of will apply.

  4. Photo Release

    • We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and promotional purposes. No identifying details will be shared. If you wish to opt out for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing.

  5. Tipping & Satisfaction Guarantee

    • Tips are not required but are appreciated.
    • If any aspect of the cleaning does not meet expectations, we will return to address the issue ASAP or offer a discount on future services.

  6. Service Limitations

    • We do not move heavy furniture, handle biohazardous materials, or clean areas requiring professional remediation.

  7. Promotions & Discounts

    • We offer 15% off for recurring service clients (starting on the third visit; valid through March 14, 2025).
    • Discounts available for seniors, healthcare workers, military, teachers, and first responders.
